The Heart Foundation has a number of programmes and microsites, which are spreaded across multiple agencies and platforms. The new site refresh will consolidate and embrace all 8 separate heart health communities of interest into one authoritative online web presence.
The consolidated site will enable more seamless delivery of information and services to users, prompt deeper user engagement and lead to management efficiencies.
